We wanted to let you all know that after consulting with a few other area homeless ministries, the Bridge Ministry service is ON for tonight at the usual place and usual time: under the Jefferson Street Bridge @ 6PM CST. We will be serving a hot meal, and will be distributing bags of groceries, sleeping bags and blankets. If you are able to help us out tonight, we would certainly appreciate it, but please do NOT put yourself in danger to make it to the service tonight. We are certainly aware that there are areas still under water and roads still closed due to flooding, so please use caution.
We are also accepting donations of new sleeping bags, tarps, tents, hygiene products, etc.
You can also help financially with a one time financial contribution.
