For more than 20 years, The Bridge Ministry has been serving children, families, and neighbors experiencing homelessness and financial struggles across Middle Tennessee with food, resources, relationships, and hope. Every meal, every backpack, every outreach is an opportunity to change a life.

Every week, we meet practical needs while building lasting relationships that help individuals and families move toward stability.
How it all began.
In 2004, our founder, Candy Christmas, began serving hot meals beneath the Jefferson Street Bridge in Nashville. What started with a few pots of homemade jambalaya quickly grew as more people joined the mission to care for neighbors experiencing homelessness.
As the need grew, so did The Bridge.
Today, that simple act of compassion has become a ministry serving thousands of children, families, and individuals across Middle Tennessee every week.
